GSA Multiple Award Schedule

The GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract, formerly referred to as the IT Schedule 70 GSA IT70 is the procurement vehicle for a comprehensive and broad array of IT products, solutions and services. This indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award schedule and grants agencies direct access to experts in commercial IT hardware, software and services for the government IT community.

SeaPort-NxG

SeaPort-NxG is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management and Program Management.  The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) compete their service requirements amongst 1800-plus SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders.

OASIS and OASIS Small Business (SB)

OASIS Small Business (SB) set-aside and OASIS unrestricted vehicles are multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicles that provide flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services.  The Coleman Group is included in Pool 1, which is a 100% small business set aside.

Details of the OASIS Contract include:

  • Assignments may involve provision of advice; preparation of feasibility studies; preparation of preliminary and final plans and designs; provision and evaluation of technical services
  • Span multiple professional services, expertise and mission space.
  • Allows flexibility for all contract types, including hybrids and cost-reimbursement, at the task order level; and
  • Allows ancillary support components, commonly referred to as Other Direct Costs (ODC), at the task order level.

Local Contract Vehicles

CATS 2 for Prince George’s County (Consulting and Technical Services 2) Prince George’s County Maryland Government

The objective of this Master Contract, effective April 22, 2013 through April 21, 2028, is to enable State government to procure IT consulting and technical services in a timely and economical manner. Through CATS 2, the State will have a flexible means of obtaining information technology (IT) resources quickly, efficiently and cost effectively by issuing task orders specific to its needs.
